Instagram is a full inbox, not one feature. Questions under posts, DMs at midnight, replies to a story, someone tagging you, traffic landing from an ad. Flowera handles all of it on your Instagram Business account and turns the conversations worth having into leads your team can actually call.
Answered in seconds. Every comment, every DM.
Flowera connects to your Instagram Business account and answers DMs, comments, mentions and story replies with AI, in whatever language they arrive in. It qualifies the people worth calling, recognises who came from an ad, and steps aside the moment your team wants to take over.
No comment goes cold
A question under the post gets its answer in seconds, where everyone can see it.
It moves into the DM
Price, size, stock. What a comment cannot hold gets said in the right place.
The catalog rides along
A PDF, a photo, a price list. Nobody gets sent off to a website.
The order closes in the DM
Size, address, payment. It ends where it started.
Business Login for Instagram
Sign in with Instagram. That's the setup.
Connecting takes one sign-in with the Instagram account you already post from. No developer console, no webhook to configure.
It has to be a Business or Creator account. That is Meta's rule, not ours, and switching one over is free and takes a minute inside the Instagram app.
The permission screen asks for messages and comments, and nothing else. Flowera never asks to publish, so it cannot post, share a story or upload a reel on your behalf. Access renews itself in the background, and a failed renewal emails the account owner.
Inbound events
Four ways a customer reaches you, one place they land
Messages, comments, mentions, story replies
All four reach the same flow:
- A direct message
- A comment under a post or reel
- A mention of your handle
- A reply to a story
You choose which ones a given flow listens for. Comments can go to one flow and DMs to another, with neither seeing the other's events.
Account access
Connect it and forget it
The account card shows what you'd want to know at a glance: whether it's connected, how long the current access runs, and the follower and post counts from the last sync.
Control stays with you. Access can be revoked from Instagram's own settings at any time, and the account card links straight there. If a connection drops, the flows using it pause rather than break, and reconnecting picks up where it left off.
Security
Secure by design
Flowera is an approved Meta Tech Provider and works through Meta's official Instagram platform, inside its messaging rules. It is not an unofficial client signing into your account, which is the difference that decides whether an account stays in good standing.
Every webhook Meta sends is verified before Flowera acts on it, and rejected if it's stale or replayed. No access key ever reaches a browser, and one workspace can never reach another's account.
If someone removes the app from their Instagram settings, Flowera receives that notice and disables the connection on its own. Meta's required data-deletion flow is supported, and when a connection ends the related data is cleared with it.
Common questions
The questions that come up most before connecting an account.
No. Instagram's messaging platform only works on Business and Creator accounts, which is Meta's rule. Switching is free and takes a minute in the Instagram app.
No. Flowera never requests permission to publish, so it cannot post, share a story or upload a reel. It handles messages and comments, nothing else.
Yes, and it's the only way to reach someone who has never messaged you. Meta allows one private reply per comment, within seven days, and Flowera handles that timing for you.
Take over any time, from the panel or straight from the Instagram app on your phone. The moment your team replies, the agent goes quiet on that conversation.

Yes. Photos and video are read, and voice notes are transcribed automatically, so the agent answers based on what was actually sent.
Yes. The same agent connects to both, and a customer who moves between them keeps the same conversation history.
That's most of the point. Comments and DMs arriving at midnight or over a weekend get answered then, not on Monday.
As many as you need, each routed to its own flow or team.
