WhatsApp is where most of your customers already talk to you, and it rewards businesses that answer well. Flowera runs that whole side of your business on the WhatsApp Business Platform, as an approved Meta Tech Provider building on Meta's official Cloud API: one connected number, one AI agent, and everything from a first question to a placed order handled in the same conversation.
Your customers are already on WhatsApp. Be there too, around the clock.
Flowera connects to your WhatsApp Business number, answers every message with AI, fills in forms inside the chat, sends campaigns that start real conversations, and steps aside the moment your team wants to take over.
It starts the conversation
An approved template, to everyone on the list, by name.
It collects in the chat
The form opens inside WhatsApp. Nobody gets sent to a website.
It takes the order in the chat
The customer opens the catalog in WhatsApp and sends her cart.
It closes the sale
Address, payment, shipping. All in the same thread, at 23:54.
WhatsApp Business API
Live on WhatsApp in minutes
Connecting a number takes one pass through Meta's own signup window. Flowera is an approved Meta Tech Provider, so the whole handshake happens inside Meta's official flow rather than around it.
A new number
Pick or create a Meta Business account, add the number, enter the code Meta texts you. That's it. Flowera registers the number, subscribes the right webhooks and saves the connection on its own. There's no token to copy and no developer console to open.
Before anything connects, a screen tells you which permissions are being requested and why. You can stop at any point.
A number your team already uses
The same window offers a second route: Existing app number. Take it and the number connects in Coexistence mode, which is worth reading about below.
Incoming
It reads more than text
Customers don't always type
Someone might write a question. They might just as easily:
- Tap a button
- Share their location
- Forward a contact
- Photograph the broken part
- Send a cart
WhatsApp delivers each of those differently, and a flow can act on all thirteen kinds. A tapped button arrives as the exact option chosen, so there's nothing to interpret.
You decide which kinds a given flow listens for. Support questions can go to one flow and orders to another, and neither one sees the other's messages.
Photos, files and voice notes, handled
Attachments are downloaded automatically and handed to the flow as real files, sorted by type. Voice notes go one step further: they're transcribed on arrival, and the transcript sits alongside the recording as its own piece of data.
A conversation picks up where it stopped
Every number also keeps its own ongoing conversation. Memory and progress both carry forward, so a flow resumes exactly where it stopped.
Outgoing
Answer in whatever form fits
A reply doesn't have to be a paragraph. When a customer has three options, buttons get them there in one tap. When the list is longer, a menu opens inside the chat. When the answer is a document or a photo, that's the reply. And when it's a real conversation, it's just text.
The plumbing stays out of your way. Whoever wrote last is automatically who gets answered, so there's no number to enter or mistype. Template variables appear ready to fill the moment you pick a template. And if a teammate has joined a conversation, the agent stops replying on that thread by itself.

WhatsApp Template
Write your templates here, not in Meta's panel
An order ships, an appointment is tomorrow, a code needs to land, and the customer last wrote to you a week ago. Reaching them again takes an approved WhatsApp message template, and Meta reviews every one before it goes out.
A real studio
You build a template in four steps:
- Pick a category
- Choose from 21 languages
- Write the header, body and footer
- Add up to three buttons: a quick reply, a link, or a phone call
A live WhatsApp-styled preview updates as you type, with Meta's character limits counted down beside it. What you see is what your customer will see, well before Meta looks at it.
Seven templates worth stealing
Order confirmation, shipping update, appointment reminder, a one-time code, a promotion, a product carousel, or a blank page. Adding a variable takes a click: choose Name, Order number, Date, Time, Amount or your own, give it an example value, and it lands in the text.
Approval you can actually watch
Every template's real status sits in one place: approved, pending, rejected or paused. If Meta pauses a template or downgrades its quality, Flowera catches it straight away: a campaign built on that template stops instead of failing quietly, and whoever's running it hears why.

A form that opens inside the chat
Collecting a name, an email and a preferred date over chat usually takes six messages and loses someone halfway through. A WhatsApp Flow does it with one button. The customer taps, a short form opens in the same conversation, and every answer arrives together when they submit.
A real editor, not a text box
You build a form in a four-panel editor: a screen list, a component palette, a properties panel, and a live phone preview showing exactly what WhatsApp will render. The library covers:
- Headings and rich text
- Short and long inputs
- Dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes
- Date and calendar pickers
- Images
- Consent checkboxes
A photo picker and a document picker accept only the file types WhatsApp can genuinely deliver, so a submission never disappears into an unsupported format.
Mistakes get caught before Meta sees them
Meta reviews every form and rejects plenty of them: a missing field, two screens sharing a name, a character limit crossed. Flowera checks all of that live, before anything saves wrong.
Five forms to start from
Five forms come ready:
- Lead capture
- Appointment booking
- A satisfaction survey
- Sign-up
- A contact form
Each is a working form to customize rather than a blank screen.

15:04WhatsApp Coexistence
Keep your app. Add an agent.
Most WhatsApp automation wants your number in exchange. Connect it, and the app your team has been answering from goes dark. Coexistence skips that trade entirely. Your team keeps the WhatsApp Business App exactly as it is, on exactly the same number, and an agent joins alongside them.
Two sides, one number, no collisions
The moment someone replies from their own phone, Flowera sees it. That message lands in the same conversation record the agent works from, and the thread switches to manual, so the agent goes quiet on exactly that conversation until it's handed back.
You always know who's talking
Conversation by conversation, you can see whether the agent is answering or a person has taken it over.
Nothing underneath it breaks
The reply window only ever counts a genuine customer message, never one your team typed from a phone, so the agent's timing tracks how the customer is actually behaving. If a phone changes hands or a device gets re-registered, the connection pauses briefly instead of breaking, then comes back on its own.
Chat history
Coexistence brings the memory with it
A number that's been working for years already carries the relationship: months of real conversations with real customers. Connect it through Coexistence and that history moves too. Up to 180 days of past chats land in a flow, so your agent recognizes a returning customer instead of meeting them cold.
You decide when it lands
Nothing writes itself into a live conversation. History is stored safely as it arrives; someone chooses which flow it belongs to and imports it deliberately, watching the progress. Once it's in, old and new sit in one thread with every original timestamp intact.
Worth doing on day one
Meta offers this handover once, in a short window right after a number connects. It isn't a running backup, so it's better done immediately than saved for later.
Your team
Your team steps in whenever it wants
Every channel on one screen
Every conversation Flowera handles lands in the same live inbox: WhatsApp, Instagram, the web widget, the API, and any other channel you connect.
Filter by channel, search across sessions, watch new replies arrive. Each outgoing message carries its own status, updating in real time from sent to delivered to read, or to failed with a reason.
Nobody starts the conversation over
Handing a conversation to a person is one switch. Flip it and the agent goes quiet immediately while a teammate answers from the same panel, with the whole history in front of them. The customer repeats nothing and notices no seam.
In a genuine emergency, taking every open conversation manual at once is one action. And what a person writes is remembered exactly like anything the agent said, so if the thread goes back to automation, nothing contradicts what your teammate already promised.
Broadcasts & campaigns
Thousands of messages, sent one at a time
Written once, personal for everyone
A broadcast is one message shape going to many people. Build it once and run it from a spreadsheet or from a live audience that recalculates on every run. The same flow becomes a different, personal message for each person on the list, and a preview of the first rows shows what's going out before it does.
Paced the way WhatsApp rewards
WhatsApp rewards messages people actually want rather than volume, and it watches how recipients react to yours. A number that sends well earns room to send more; one that draws complaints loses it. So a send goes out at a deliberate pace, and a small slice goes first. If that group reacts badly, the rest never follows.
Anyone reached by an earlier send is left out automatically. And if Meta pauses the template a campaign depends on halfway through, the whole run stops with it rather than failing message by message.
Every row accounted for
Each row's outcome is tracked on its own: sent, failed or skipped. A failed batch can be retried on just the rows that failed, not the entire list again.
Your data
Every chat becomes a record
The conversation happens on WhatsApp. The record belongs in your CRM. A real lead is created from the chat automatically, with the phone number normalized from the start, and conversations get tagged as they run. A rule as simple as "if the flow captured this value, apply this tag" works on past conversations too, not only new ones.
Connected to Zoho CRM, the conversation and its attachments travel with the lead record, so whoever picks it up later sees what was actually said. And because that lead pool stays current, it doubles as the audience your next campaign sends to. No export, no re-import, no stale list.
Security
An approved Meta Tech Provider
Flowera is an approved Meta Tech Provider, so your number moves into automation through Meta's official platform rather than around it. That is what keeps an account in good standing, and it is the difference between a number that lasts and one that gets restricted.
Every webhook Meta sends is verified before Flowera acts on it. No access key reaches a browser, sensitive material stays encrypted at rest, and imported chat history is cleared the moment the import finishes.
Ready to run
Start from something that already works
Everything above is a building block. These are what teams actually assemble out of them.
In practice
Built for how you actually work
E-commerce. Order status, delivery tracking and returns answered without a person, while confirmations and shipping updates go out on their own.
Restaurants and cafés. A reservation finished inside the chat, and the menu and opening hours answered the moment they're asked, including at 11pm.
Clinics, salons and healthcare. Booking, reminders and cancellations run themselves. Anything unusual goes straight to a person.
Real estate and automotive. Budget and preference collected in one form, so sales receives a qualified lead instead of a message that says "hi, interested."
Education and training. Programme and pricing questions answered, enrollment completed in the chat, term announcements sent to everyone at once.
Service and technical support. A fault logged, a photo requested and received, and the customer kept informed about where the job stands.
Common questions
The questions that come up most before connecting a number.
No. Connect the number without losing it. Your team keeps answering from the WhatsApp Business App while the agent works on the same number.
No. Existing chat history can be brought across, and old and new messages merge into one continuous conversation.
No. Connecting the number takes a few clicks in a popup, and you can start from a ready-made flow.
If they wrote to you in the last 24 hours, freely. After that WhatsApp requires an approved template, which you write in Flowera and send for approval without leaving it.
Take over any time, from the panel or straight from your phone. The moment you reply, the agent goes quiet.
Campaigns pace themselves, test on a small group first, never message the same person twice, and automatically exclude anyone who asked to stop. All of it protects the number.
Yes. Flowera is an approved Meta Tech Provider and connects through Meta's official Embedded Signup flow, not an unofficial client or a phone kept running in a server room.
Yes. The same agent connects to both.
Yes. They're transcribed automatically, and the agent responds to what was actually said.
As many as you need, each routed to its own flow or team.
